Arriving for Your Appointment

Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to settle in and begin your service feeling relaxed. Arriving late may shorten your treatment so we can remain on schedule for the next guest.

Children & Additional Guests

To preserve the calm environment of the treatment space, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not attend appointments unless they are receiving a scheduled service themselves.

Please silence your phone before your appointment and keep conversations at a respectful volume. Many guests visit Jade Oasis as a quiet escape, and we strive to provide a relaxing experience for everyone.

Respect & Kindness

We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels comfortable, respected, and cared for. We ask that the same courtesy be extended to our staff and fellow guests. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of future services.

Please inform us of any changes to your health, medications, allergies, or skincare routine prior to your appointment. This allows us to customize your treatment safely and provide you with the best possible results.
